STORE IT RIGHT
3 DAYS
Airtight container, room temperature, away from direct sun. The box they came in works for day one.
FREEZE FOR LATER
1 MONTH
Wrap each one individually, then bag it. Thaw at room temp for about an hour before reheating.
WARM IT UP
LIKE NEW
A few minutes of heat re-crisps the edge and softens the middle again. Full reheating guide below.

160°C | 4-6 min
The best way, hands down. Crisp edge, soft centre, basically day one again.
AIR FRYER
160°C | 3-4 min
Nearly as good as the oven, and faster. Keep an eye on it — chonks brown quickly.
MICROWAVE
10-15 sec
The emergency option. Softens the centre, but the edge loses its crunch. Eat straight away.
